Pose of the month - Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana - (also called supported bridge pose) is a great pose to help you slow down and let go. With the help of the block you can remain in this backbend position for longer, to experience the benefits without pushing, forcing or straining.

After a busy work day sitting hunched over your desk, its the perfect remedy to help restore the body and mind.

You can do this pose anytime - even if you're tired or not feeling well. Simply place the block under your sacrum and stay for 3  - 5 minutes with eyes closed.

Benefits: Opens the front body to stimulate the heart, lungs and abdominal organs. Calms the nervous system and mind, to help with stress and anxiety. Strengthens the spine and lots more...
